How fast can you give me a quote? +
Within 24 hours of receiving a brief. Send dimensions, target spec, and target locale — we return a structured cost estimate with line-item breakdown the next business day.
Can you work from drawings I already have? +
Absolutely. We work both as design-build and as build-only on third-party architectural sets. We will review your drawings and flag buildability or cost issues before we contract.
How do payment schedules work? +
Milestone-linked payments tied to verifiable site progress, not arbitrary calendar dates. Standard structure is 5–7 milestones from foundation through handover.
I'm not in Indonesia — how does this work? +
Most of our clients are international. We send weekly photo + video reports, run site walks over WhatsApp video, and have English-fluent PMs as your single point of contact. You do not need to be in Bali to build in Bali.
What's a typical build timeline? +
A single villa typically runs 10–14 months from groundbreak to handover. Multi-unit complexes 14–20 months. Hospitality 18+. We commit to a programme on contract and report against it weekly.
What happens after handover? +
Standard 12-month defect liability period covering structural, MEP, and finish defects. Optional ongoing maintenance contract through our operations team for owners who want hands-off asset management.
